Fr. James Martin Event Celebrates "Transgender Catholic Experience”
During the month of June — traditionally dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus — faithful Catholics are once again confronted with efforts to promote the homosexual agenda within Catholic institutions.
Fr. James Martin, S.J. plans to host a pro-LGBT “Outreach” conference at Georgetown University on June 19-21, 2026. The event features speakers openly opposed to Catholic moral teaching on marriage, family, and human nature.
In response, TFP Student Action launched a nationwide protest campaign calling on Catholics to oppose the sinful summit and defend the perennial teaching of the Holy Catholic Church. The campaign warns Catholics about the growing push to normalize homosexuality and transgender ideology within Catholic circles.
Open Revolt Against God
According to promotional materials, “Outreach 2026” includes panels such as “Celebrating the transgender Catholic experience” and features activists and speakers who publicly challenge Catholic doctrine and biological reality created by God.
Here are some examples.
Speaker #1: Fr. James Keenan, S.J.
Priest who attacked God’s marriage
Fr. Keenan, professor of theology at Boston College, subverts Catholic morality. When a constitutional amendment was proposed in Massachusetts to protect marriage as the stable union of a man and a woman, Fr. Keenan testified against the pro-family legislation, H.3190.
He said: “I am here today to testify against H.3190 because it is contrary to Catholic teaching on social justice.” The Jesuit joined the enemies of the Church to attack the sanctity of marriage, saying: “…as a priest and as a moral theologian, I cannot see how anyone could use the Roman Catholic tradition to support H. 3190.”

Speaker #2: Sister Nancy Corcoran, CSJ
Radical gender ideology advocate
Causing grave scandal, Sister Corcoran promotes the acceptance of transgenderism within the Church. “As a roman Catholic nun, I think the Church is wrong,” she said.
“I knew I was a Catholic nun, I knew the awfulness of the teaching of the Catholic Church, and I knew they were wrong. The history of the Catholic Church… we are so publicly wrong, so many times. You’d think we’d get used to it and think ‘Oh, I want to change it this time.’ But we’re not quite at that spot, although we are moving towards it.”

Furthermore, Sister Corcoran praised the blasphemous “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.” For those who don’t know, these “sisters” are actually men who cross-dress in lewd mockery of true Catholic nuns. Their crude and sacrilegious antics include pole dancing on crucifixes.
“… I rejoice with the joy and healing craziness of the Sisters [of Perpetual Indulgence],” Sister Corcoran told the National Catholic Reporter. “Their outfits are off putting and yet they challenge the desire of the few that wish all nuns need to be in habits.”

Speaker #3: “Michael” Sennett
Radical transgender activist (Female who presents as male)
This pro-transgender activist is not only at odds with human nature but more gravely the worthy reception of the Holy Eucharist. The individual also refers to God with female pronouns, which contradicts Tradition and Holy Scripture.
She writes: “At the end of the day, my transgender hands that inject testosterone into my body once a week are the very same hands that partake in the Eucharist, enveloped in God’s love and created in Her image and likeness.”

Speaker #4: Bill Chapman
“LGBTQ+ ministry leader” for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles
There is an orchestrated effort to subvert the Church from the inside. In a training video, the pro-LGBT activist Bill Chapman instructs viewers to exclude faithful Catholics who oppose the homosexual revolution while insinuating blasphemously that God will favor it:
“As a word of caution, be prepared that there may be those who will try to get involved because they are opposed the idea of starting an LGBTQ+ ministry. It may be helpful to pre-screen those who want to attend to ensure that there aren’t any present who will try to derail the process. Now you may be getting a little anxious at this point but do remember who’s in charge. Step back and trust the work of the Holy Spirit. She knows what she’s [sic] doing. And she will do everything possible to make it all happen.”

Panel speaker #5: Yunuen Trujillo
Religious Formation Coordinator for the Catholic Ministry with Lesbian and Gay Persons of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles
She runs a pro-LGBT “Catholic” social media page with sacrilegious content.
Some examples include:
- A photo of a pro-homosexual “Pride Mass” with the following comment: “It’s great to see pictures of the yearly Masses for Inclusion happening all over the world during pride month.” The post further claims that such sacrilegious events are a “movement of the Holy Spirit in the Church of today.”
- A painting of the Sacred Heart of Jesus on a rainbow field, stating: “Queer lives are holy and Sacred. This is the message of pride.”
- A depiction of Saints Perpetua and Felicity, with a highly offensive caption: “Some consider them lesbian saints or patrons of same-sex couples. Transgender people also draw inspiration from Perpetua because she had a queer vision of being transformed into a man.”
Yunuen Trujillo also attacks the role of the Holy Spirit, falsely suggesting that God would favor the homosexual revolution.
“The Holy Spirit is taking the Church in a more inclusive and listening direction,” she said on a Boston College podcast program. “The direction the Church is going in is we have to become a listening Church, a Church that listens to learn. So your homework for the next ten years is that you’re going to listen to the stories of LGBTQ Catholics – as many as you can.”

Panel speaker #6: Christine Zuba
“Transgender” activist
Zuba is a man who pretends to be a woman. He boasts of being an Extraordinary Minister in his parish, where he works to subvert 2,000 years of Catholic moral teaching.
Speaking from the pulpit at a 2021 sacrilegious Pride Mass at Our Lady of Grace Church in Hoboken, New Jersey, the transgender activist spelled out the goal of the homosexual movement:
“Thank you to Pope Francis for your leadership. To all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender queer, gender diverse, non-binary, two-spirit, all persons, all persons of color, all trans persons of color: each of us is changing the world. And together we are changing our church. Thank you. Happy pride!”

TFP Student Action Calls for Protest
TFP Student Action urges Catholics to respond prayerfully and publicly. The protest petition addressed to Cardinal Robert McElroy reads in part: “I prayerfully urge you to cancel Fr. James Martin’s pro-homosexual summit scheduled on June 19-21 at Georgetown University titled “Outreach 2026.”
It continues:
“Fr. Martin’s public pro-LGBT activism causes scandal, especially among faithful Catholic students. Moreover, the summit features a line-up of dissident speakers who share a common objective: Normalize unnatural vice, celebrate the sin of pride, and subvert Catholic moral teaching.”
The campaign encourages young Catholics to remain steadfast in defending the Faith and rejecting efforts to reshape Church teaching according to modern secular ideology.
