Petition to Disband Pro-Homosexual Activism on Catholic Campuses

May 11, 2016: Within Catholic institutions where virtue should reign, the homosexual movement is recruiting and training a new generations of activists set on subverting 2,000 years of Church teaching.

Since 2012 the number of Catholic universities and colleges with pro-homosexual clubs and activities has risen from 111 to 130, representing a 17 percent growth. That means 59 percent of Catholic universities and colleges now allow pro-homosexual activities on campus.

Lavender Graduations, queer film festivals, lewd gender-bending drag shows, campaigns against natural marriage, "coming out" celebrations, Day of Silence events, academic degrees in LGBT studies, pro-homosexual scholarships, and transgender bathrooms are some of the activities allowed.

To the Leaders of Catholic Universities:

Whereas, the Catechism of the Catholic Church clearly teaches that homosexual vice is “intrinsically disordered” and “contrary to natural law” (2357);

Whereas, pro-homosexual activism occurs on 130 Catholic universities and colleges, causing grave public scandal and moral confusion;

Whereas, much of the homosexual activism on Catholic campuses mocks God’s true marriage, promotes Gender Theory and favors moral anarchy;

Therefore, we, the undersigned, respectfully petition the authorities of Catholic universities and colleges in the United States to not approve, recognize or finance student clubs or activities that endorse or promote homosexual sin and the Culture of Death.

We have no intention to defame or disparage anyone. Our only desire is to restore moral values and protect our Catholic heritage.
