Notre Dame Picks Pro-Abortion Politician as 2023 Commencement Speaker. Protest this Scandal.

Remember when president Obama went to Notre Dame?
Well, the university is courting another scandal. This time, the University of Notre Dame has invited pro-abortion, pro-homosexual Juan Manuel Santos – former president of Colombia – to be the main commencement ceremony speaker of 2023 and receive an honorary degree.
You are invited to protest now.
Because…
1. Santos is pro-abortion and “Catholic.”
In 2022, he said: “I agree with what the Constitutional Court did in Colombia, expanding the weeks where abortion is allowed,” and “I think it [expanding abortion] was a correct move, and I support it.” (The Harvard Crimson, 02/24/22)
2. Santos is also pro same-sex “marriage.”
During his 2014 reelection campaign, Santos said: “Marriage between homosexuals seems to me perfectly acceptable…” (El Tiempo, 05/20/14)
3. Santos favored Marxist-Leninist guerillas.
He brokered a dubious agreement between the Colombian government and the narco Marxist-Leninist terrorist group, Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC).
Please urge Notre Dame to pick a real Catholic commencement speaker – not a politician who attacks moral values.
How can university officials, including Notre Dame President Fr. John I. Jenkins, C.S.C., agree to honor an individual who favors the killing of innocent babies or the redefinition of God’s marriage?
